- I was looking for someone who in addition to providing therapy, could also help me to develop a meditation practice.
As a clinical social worker myself, I couldn't imagine I'd be able to make a deep connection with Beth or any clinician without being in the same room. My concerns couldn't have been further from the truth. The experience feels intimate, and we have forged a deep and trusting connection. To say Beth is a highly skilled clinician is an understatement. When we began, I couldn't imagine getting through the grief and anxiety I was experiencing. It was and continues to be the most challenging time of my life. However, my capacity to cope and live with tremendous uncertainty has grown enormously. I am grateful, and so glad I decided to give virtual counseling with Beth a try. It is not where you sit, but who you choose to sit with.
- I was feeling stressed and anxious before Beth did Reiki on me. Life's pressure had been getting to me. The process was amazing. The movement of energy released the tension and I could actually feel my breathing slow down. I can't wait to go again!
Beth's program was life changing. Not knowing what to expect when I signed up, and not having gone to anything like this before- I can say I will be signing up for another program with Beth. She opens her soul to you and helps you feel safe enough to open your own. Whether you have anxiety, grief, pain or stress- a day with Beth will lighten you spirit and give you hope.
My day spent with Beth and a group of amazing women was just what my body and soul needed in a time of much stress and discomfort. It was a invigorating and uplifting experience, which let me release many of the immediate feelings that were bringing me down and even some long-held blocks that have held me back for some time. I now feel happier and more importantly freer, after spending the day with her and the women who shared their stories and souls.
In a very short time, Beth created a safe and supportive environment where each of us felt comfortable to share intimate details about our personal struggles, insecurities and challenges. While everyone had a unique story, I was struck by how much common ground we shared and how many universal themes emerged.
Through a series of thought provoking exercises, Beth helped us recognize how our potential is really limited only by the thoughts we tell ourselves and that we have the power to create the lives we want. It was the perfect corollary to a Joyride which obviously challenges us physically but also reminds us how a shift in our mental outlook can allow us to break through our perceived limits.
